Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your Rally account and all personal data we store about you, including data received from connected services such as Meta (Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts), Google Calendar, and any AI conversation history.

Fastest path: do it from inside Rally

If you have access to your Rally account, the fastest way to delete your data is:

Web: Settings → Account → Delete Account
Mobile: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account

Your account and associated personal data will be erased within 30 days. Encrypted backups may retain your data for up to 90 additional days before being purged.

Use this form if you can’t sign in

Submit the form below. We will verify your identity (typically by replying from the email on file or asking a verification question) and then erase your data within 30 days. We confirm the deletion by email when complete.

Removing the Rally app from Meta

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to Rally and want to revoke Rally’s access to your Meta data:

Visit Meta Business Tools settings and remove Rally.
Meta sends us a deletion signal automatically. We erase the stored OAuth tokens, page IDs, and any cached content metadata within 30 days.
You can also submit the form above to confirm — include your Facebook Page name or Instagram handle in the message.

What happens after you request deletion

We acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
We verify your identity to prevent malicious deletion of someone else’s data.
We erase personal data within 30 days of verification.
Encrypted backups containing your data are purged within 90 additional days.
Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g. financial records, audit logs of payment events) — we tell you what and why in the confirmation email.
