Community Guidelines
Last updated: July 13, 2026 · Effective: July 13, 2026
Just Frank is made of private communities, each run by its own Host. Hosts set their own house rules — but these guidelines are the floor, and they apply everywhere on Just Frank. A Host can be stricter than this page. No Host can be more permissive.
These guidelines form part of our Terms of Service (§8, Acceptable use).
The floor
Don’t post, send, or upload content that:
- Threatens or harasses anyone. That includes targeted abuse, stalking, intimidation, and encouraging others to pile on. Disagreeing with someone is fine. Going after them is not.
- Attacks people for who they are — race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
- Sexualises children in any way. There is no context in which this is acceptable. We remove it, terminate the account, and report it to the authorities.
- Is sexually explicit, or shares intimate images of someone without their consent.
- Encourages self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders. If you are struggling, please reach out to someone — a crisis line, a doctor, or a person you trust.
- Promotes violence or praises violent extremism.
- Isn’t yours to post.Don’t upload copyrighted work you have no right to share — see Terms §10. Repeat infringement gets accounts terminated.
- Exposes someone’s private information — home address, phone number, financial details, or anything else shared in confidence.
- Is a scam, a spam campaign, or a phishing attempt. That includes pyramid schemes, fake giveaways, and bulk unsolicited promotion.
- Impersonates someone else — another member, a Host, Just Frank staff, or our AI.
- Breaks the law, or helps someone else break it.
What is private, and what isn’t
Communities are private spaces, and people speak candidly in them. Don’t take what someone shares inside a community and republish it outside without their permission. That applies to Hosts too.
Reporting something
Every post and comment has a Reportoption. Reports about the content of a community go to that community’s Host, who is responsible for moderating it. Copyright reports, and reports about a Host, go to Just Frank — not to the Host.
If something is urgent, or if the Host is the problem, email us directly at hello@itsjustfrank.com. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
What happens when these rules are broken
Depending on what happened, and whether it has happened before, we may remove the content, warn the account, suspend it, or terminate it. Serious harms — child sexual exploitation, credible threats of violence — result in immediate termination without warning, and we report them to the authorities where the law requires or permits it.
For copyright specifically, accounts that are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices are terminated — see Terms §10.
If you think we got a decision wrong, reply to the notice we send you, or email hello@itsjustfrank.com. A human will look at it.
A note for Hosts
You are responsible for moderating your community. You can set stricter rules than these, and you should publish them where your members can find them. What you cannot do is run a community that ignores this page — if you do, we may suspend the community.
